Orders are processed from 10.00am to 5pm (GMT+4), from Saturday to Thursday. Orders received after 5pm on Thursday will be processed on the Saturday after.
Boggi Milano offers free delivery, for orders exceeding 799 AED.

For smaller orders, the delivery cost is a flat rate of 25 AED per order.

For Shop pick up orders, such orders will be prepared and kept for your picking, for a period of 7 days, after which, the order will be cancelled and the items will be returned to the shop floor for display.

These costs are directly displayed in your shopping cart. Orders cannot be dispatched to post office boxes.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave notification or will contact you by phone at the number that you provided during your purchase. When the order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated e-mail message with details of the order reference code and the dispatch tracking code, so that you can track the progress of your goods.

Delays in delivery times may be caused by local holidays, sales period, force majeure and weekends.

Boggi Milano cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond its control.
When you receive the merchandise, we ask you to check that the delivery includes all the items ordered. If there are any problems with the delivery, please inform us immediately by writing to our contact.ae@boggi.com
