Returns Information
Please note: delivery charges and COD additional charges are not refunded. Returned items must be in their original condition with all Boggi Milano packaging intact. COD orders are refunded by coupon only.
For Registering Return Online
- Sign into your web account and select the order you would like to return.
- Select Create a return.
- Tick the product(s) you wish to return, select the reason, then click Next step.
- Review your return before completing, cancelling or amending it.
- Accept the terms and conditions and click Next step.
- You will receive a returns case number and email confirmation.
- Arrange collection by calling our Customer Service team.
- Tick the items you wish to return on both return notes.
- Pack products in original packaging with the return note inside.
- Hand the second return note to the courier in exchange for proof of pick-up.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded by coupon only.
- Click Order and return status and enter your order number and email.
- Accept the terms and conditions and click Next step.
- You will receive a returns case number and email confirmation.
- Arrange collection by calling our Customer Service team.
- Tick the items you wish to return on both return notes.
- Pack products in original packaging with the return note inside.
- Hand the second return note to the courier in exchange for proof of pick-up.
- Refunds, excluding delivery charges, will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days, depending on your bank’s policies.
- COD orders will be refunded by coupon only.
All items returned to Boggi Milano must be unworn and in new and unused condition. Items that do not meet our criteria will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer.
Please ensure all Boggi Milano packaging, dust bags, certificates of authenticity and boxes are returned. Shoes must be returned without marks to the sole or shoe box.
Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, bathing suits, cosmetics and perfumes are not eligible for return.
We ensure all products leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged product, please contact Customer Service immediately.
- For technology products, items must be sealed and in original condition to be eligible for return.
- Defective technology products are subject to after-service repairs within 10–21 business days.
- Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Once your return is accepted, refunds are processed to the original payment method, excluding delivery charges. Processing may take up to 14 days, depending on your bank’s policies.
Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by coupon only.
