Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse the categories or use the search function to find the item you would like to purchase. Select your size, add the item to your bag, and proceed to checkout.

You may complete your purchase as a guest or by signing in to your account. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email once your order is ready for dispatch.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a further update with your tracking details.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been prepared for shipping, the team may be able to assist. Once the order has been shipped, you may request a return instead.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If you need to update your delivery address after checkout, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible and share the corrected address details.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Orders cannot currently be placed over the phone. However, our Customer Service team will be happy to guide you through the ordering process if you need assistance.

Delivery

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS. You may also receive the option to share delivery instructions or select a suitable delivery time with the courier, where available.

How long does delivery take?

The estimated delivery time within the United Arab Emirates is 2–3 business days.

Delivery timings may be affected during public holidays, sale periods, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on all orders within the United Arab Emirates.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Boggi Milano UAE currently delivers across the United Arab Emirates only.

Why have I not received all items from my order?

Please check your email updates first, as your order may have been partially processed or split into more than one shipment.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an order?

You can register your return online through the order and returns section by following the steps listed on our Returns page.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

What condition must returned items be in?

Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original condition, with the original packaging and return tags intact.

Underwear, bathing suits, cosmetics, and perfumes are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons. Shoes must be returned without marks on the sole or shoe box.

Are returns free?

Returns within the UAE are free of charge.

Please note that delivery charges and any additional Cash on Delivery charges are not refunded in case of return.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is accepted, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days, depending on your bank’s policies.

How are Cash on Delivery refunds processed?

Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by coupon only.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately so the team can assist you with the next steps.

For technology products, damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Defective products may be subject to after-service repairs within 10–21 business days.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

You may also choose Tabby at checkout to split your payment into 4 interest-free instalments.

Are there any Cash on Delivery charges or limits?

A Cash on Delivery fee of AED 10 applies.

The maximum order value eligible for Cash on Delivery is AED 3,600.

Can I use a gift card or promotional coupon?

Boggi Milano Gift Cards and promotional coupons can be redeemed online.

They may be used on their own or combined with another payment method, excluding Cash on Delivery.

What currency will I be charged in?

All purchases on the Boggi Milano UAE website are processed in AED.

When will payment be taken?

For non-cash transactions, payment is taken at the time of dispatch.

Is my payment secure?

Your payment details are handled securely. If you choose to save your preferred payment methods, only the last four digits of your card number will be displayed.

You may remove saved card details at any time by unchecking “Remember my payment details” during checkout.

Boggi Milano uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt data transmitted through the website. When SSL is active, a padlock icon will appear in your browser’s address bar and the website address will begin with https://.

Are taxes included in the price?

Yes. All prices displayed on the site include taxes, and the breakdown is shown on the order confirmation page.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you may complete your purchase as a guest.

Creating an account simply makes future purchases easier by allowing you to save addresses and payment methods, create a wishlist, and track your orders more easily.
